My name is Mpimpa Nantia and I am a Realtor, MSc Sustainable Development Consultant, MA Political Scientist and entrepreneur. I graduated from the Department of Political Sciences and Public Administration of the Athens Law School with a specialization in Public Policy. I obtained two master’s degrees, the first one on Sustainable Development & Natural Resource Management from the Harokopion University of Athens and the other on State and Public Policy from the Political Department of the Athens Law School. After participating in the European Erasmus student exchange program in Germany and studies in Environmental Policy, I started to envision Greece acquiring energy efficient and environmentally friendly buildings. With the mindset of “now or never”, I started my own business in 2009. Initially, the scope of the services offered was the installation of photovoltaic systems and the energy upgrade of residences.
Afterwards, through the European program “Save at home”, I worked on upgrading energy-efficient residences and commercial buildings. In 2015, for the first time, I mediated the sale of my client’s property. I distinctly remember Mrs. Efstratia’s expression: “I don’t want other brokers, I want you”. This exhortation was a strong motivation to start the new business and brand “Nantia Mpimpa Holistic Brokerage Services”.
The experience and experiences I gathered through the demanding procedure and process of investing in real estate in Greece, both from a technical and legal point of view, combined with the skill of empathizing with the needs of fellow human beings resulted in me creating a comprehensive approach to real estate services.
