I am Nantia Mpimpa, Environmental Scientist – Real Estate Broker MSc MA. I have been awarded as the first professional real estate broker in Greece, from 2022 to 2025, with 165 five-star reviews on Google Maps to date. I am a Holistic Real Estate Broker and I have maintained my office on the main road of Voula since 2009.
My intention as a soul is to offer protection to nature and added value to people. With this innate direction, I began to operate entrepreneurially in 2009 in the field of renewable energy sources and energy upgrades of buildings. A client for whom I had energetically upgraded her home through the program “Exoikonomo kat’ oikon” asked me for help to mediate the sale of another property of hers. Her statement turned out to be prophetic: “I don’t want real estate agents, I want you”.
Then I realized the need of an owner to entrust their property to an experienced and trustworthy professional whom they know personally. I realized that this framework is firstly necessary and secondly safe for such a serious life change of a person. In 2015 I started to offer high-level real estate services. For a decade I have been offering uninterruptedly, immediately and effectively solutions for all possible challenges and needs of people, around the management of their real estate property. At the same time, I monitor and inform both about the evolution of the real estate market in Greece and abroad as well as the course of the properties that I have undertaken.
Regarding where I am active: I undertake the sale and rental of properties throughout Attica as well as in other areas with investment interest in the rest of Greece.
Regarding what real estate services I offer: upon request, I coordinate and orchestrate the process of sale, purchase, renovation and rental of properties of clients who reside in Greece or abroad and entrust a professional trustworthy real estate broker to handle their case.
Regarding what properties I undertake: I undertake both residential and professional properties. I do not choose the property, I choose the person. I evaluate respect and the level of communication as the two main factors for a successful cooperation.

I hold two postgraduate degrees: one concerns Sustainable Development and Management of Natural Resources from Harokopio University, and the other concerns the State and Public Policy with specialization in Environmental Policy from the Political Department of the Law School of Athens.

The methodology
Each new collaboration brings out its own inspiration and dynamics.
Initially, a unique verbal and audiovisual presentation of the property is created that highlights its strengths and character. The presentation is then translated into six languages and is shown on 14 platforms in Greece and abroad. From the beginning of the creation of each new presentation of the property, the monitoring of the statistical data begins in order to ensure that the best value is achieved at any given time.
Throughout the process, advice is provided for the best use of the property and effective communication with lawyers, engineers, accountants and notaries for the faster completion of the procedures. In the event of a sale, an adjustment is made where necessary until a 10% deposit is paid to the seller and the purchase agreement is closed.
