First things first…what is a mid-term rental?

Mid-term rental or leasing of a property is defined as renting a property for a period of 1 to 24 months.

Who is it aimed at?

Typically, the audience attracted by medium-term rentals are people who travel frequently due to their profession (e.g. digital nomads, people who work seasonally), students (e.g. through the Erasmus program), families, or people who temporarily reside in a place until they find their permanent residence.

The basic requirement is to have a property in good condition and furnished with all the amenities.
